Once you have enjoyed your DVD and have mailed it to us, you may indicate on your "Titles I Currently Have Out" that you have returned the title. This on-line return is called a "ZipReturn" and doing so (when eligible) will trigger a ZipRefill.
A ZipRefill is an early shipment of your next rental before we receive your indicated returning DVD into our warehouse. It is not guaranteed to ship, but is a bonus available on premium plans to assist when experiencing a pattern of significant delivery and return delays.
ZipRefill Eligibility & Limitations:
ZipRefill is available on 2 DVD+ plans. It is a premium experience, so it is reserved for premium memberships only.
You may have a maximum of 1 ZipRefill, over and above your Plan allowance.
For example: if you are on the 3 DVD Plan, you may find you have 4 DVDs on your "Titles I Currently Have Out" List: 3 regular shipments and 1 ZipRefill, when applicable. If you report multiple DVDs returned, only the first will trigger a ZipRefill.
Only regular rentals will trigger a ZipRefill.
For example: GHIs, Replacement or Complimentary DVDs will not trigger a ZipRefill when you indicate their return to us. A returning ZipRefill will not trigger another ZipRefill if the original returned DVD has not been scanned into our warehouse yet.
Please Note: In order to ensure all our members enjoy the best service possible, as per our Terms of Use, Zip.ca may temporarily limit ZipRefill for members on Unlimited rental plans with excessive monthly usage.
